STELLA’S NEW COCKTAIL MENU

Stella, the elegant cocktail bar at Capella Bangkok, has launched
a new cocktail menu crafted by Beverage Manager Roberto Castro
Rodriguez. Titled The Journey of Old Siam, the menu offers a
sensory journey through Bangkok’s historic neighbourhoods, with
each drink reflecting the city’s rich cultural and historical landmarks.
You’ll get a taste of 1861, a commemoration of the year in which
the construction of Charoenkrung Road was completed. Bitter
Sweet is a representation of the Bang Rak district being known as
the village of love and heartbreak. Silver Screen is a loving tribute
to the Sala Chalermthai Royal Theatre. This menu is available
nightly, offering an immersive experience of innovative mixology.

Sababa is Bangkok’s newest izakaya with a Mediterranean twist,
