CARMINA
A new Latin cuisine restaurant, located in Asok, Sukhumvit Soi 20,
opens its doors to diners who seek a culinary journey celebrating
the vibrant flavours of the Latin world. Carmina, meaning “songs”,
aims to deliver a captivating discovery of new tastes and cherished
memories. Inspired by centuries-old trade routes that connected
the East to the West, the restaurant’s menu showcases ingredients
and techniques that have gone through a beautiful evolution. This
gastronomic dining experience brings the zest of ceviche, aromatic
spices of Pollo a La Brasa, and every dish’s tale of cultural exchange
and innovation in the culinary arts. Carmina is open daily at 5pm

DRY WAVE COCKTAIL STUDIO
Thonglor has been booming as of late with yet another new bar on
the block called Dry Wave Cocktail Studio by industry icon Palm
Supawit. The new bar showcases unique notes by combining Palm’s
“Super Classics”, splashing two classics into one. For example, the
Bitter Sweet & Mint is a pairing of sweet, aromatic Mint Julep
with the more packed with punch Hanky Panky. With an elegant
interior, masters of mixology behind the bar, and DJs serenading the
night away, each cocktail aims to elevate the entire bar experience.
