The 28th Edition of the Thai Sikh Run
hit the ground running!

eld on 4th February 2024, the 28th Edition of the Thai
Sikh Run was a resounding success, with enthusiastic
participation from numerous runners, showcasing the incredible
spirit of our community.
In the Half-Marathon (21.1km) category, the first overall male
runner crossed the finish line with an impressive time of 1:10:22,
while the first overall female runner demonstrated outstanding
determination with a finish time of 1:27:15. In the 10km category,
the top male runner blazed through the course in just 0:37:51, while
the top female runner wasn’t far behind, finishing strong in 0:38:59.
Their remarkable achievements, dedication, and perseverance
continue to inspire the community to reach for new heights in all
their endeavours, and served as shining examples of the passion and
commitment that defined the event.
The participation of an incredible number of children in the
second-ever Thai Sikh Kids’ Run delighted everyone, with parents
and grandparents joining in the fun-filled festivities. It was truly
heartwarming to witness families come together to embrace the joy
of running and create lasting memories.
According to the organisers, “As we reflect on the success of the 28th
Thai Sikh Run, we look forward to welcoming the runners back
for future editions of the Thai Sikh Run, where we’ll continue to
celebrate community, camaraderie, and the thrill of running together.”
