French offerings. Given how the venue has been a hub for a volley

this grocery-cafe while tucking into a buttery croissant or haute-so-
creamy cheese platter. With options to chill by the bar or reserve
a table, this spot works well as an ideal brunch spot amongst your

SAAM BAR
Mirroring Chef Sareen Rojanametin’s proclivity for borderless
cuisine and ne wine; Saam (meaning three in Thai) is a mini-
wine bar and restaurant that serves up sumptuous fares made using
fresh Thai ingredients. Located at Sukhumvit Soi 31 in Phrom
Phong, this resto-bar was born out of a collaboration between the
chef and Narisa ‘M’ Pokunchanan, the former owner of Proper.
The outlet embodies the feel and energy of a classic Australian
wine bar, and is Chef Sareen’s third venture in the F&B space.
Nosh on plates like Jon’s charcoal-grilled corn ribs, the Son-in-Law
chicken wings, Grilled cabbage, and the‘Re-imagined Tom-Yum’

CASA LENZI
Everyone’s been talking about Casa Lenzi lately, and for good
reason. The latest restaurant of renowned Chef Francesco Lenzi,
showcases a menu steeped in avour and nostalgia from the
chef’s childhood, while paying a culinary ode to the rich culinary
heritage of Italy. From the use of traditional cookware, like
soapstone pots, to authentically sourced ingredients from Italy
and Spain, it’s certain that attention to detail takes centre stage
at this upscale hidden gem in Thonglor. Standout dishes on the
menu include Spaghetti carabinero, Ricci di mare e pomodorin,
Bistecca fritta, and Costoletta di maiale iberico.

In the mood for indulgence? Chef Arttasit Pattanasatienkul
is bringing in some serious culinary air. Known for serving
up inventive cuisine, Chef Arttasit’s latest offering—Patt
Bangkok, is a ne-dining establishment that serves up
contemporary French dishes with a Thai-Chinese twist,
nestled within a building with a familial history. Highlights
include their signature six-course ‘Best of Patt’ and eight-
course ‘Patt’s Experience’. If you prefer an á la carte affair,
savour their Oscietra caviar, Beef tartare, Olive beef striploin,
and Pineapple souf é. For all you beverage a cionados,
wine and juice pairings are also available.
