Is there a better way to enjoy the sunset? Probably not.

amenities.
It may seem strange that a desire to laze on the beach never
came, but if you checked in to the Deluxe Plus Seaview room,
you would immediately see why. Staying in a 44-square metre
abode, I get to admire the sweeping ocean vistas and sunsets
from the comforts of a private balcony with a sofa of its own. It’s
a perfect space for those, like me, who wish to enjoy the lush Traditional local delicacies abound at Thai Thai Restaurant.
surroundings without getting their paws dirty. The supremely
comfortable king-size bed is the perfect escape after a tiring
journey. For those with a penchant for greener pastures, the
Deluxe Plus Garden View rooms provide unparalleled palm tree
foliage and lagoon vistas, while shrouded in the same comforts.
The choice remains yours.
This intimacy with nature goes hand in hand with the presence
of modern amenities. The room is fully equipped with a large LCD
TV, wardrobe area and luggage space, fully stocked minibar and a
modern, well-lit bathroom. The bathroom is especially lovely, with
a oor-to-ceiling glass sliding door that opens wide and spoils you
for choice between a separate bathtub and rain shower. Breakfast and daily bu et dinners are served at Sails Restaurant.
Thoroughly rested and fairly famished, I decide to check out the
various food options available. Sails Restaurant is by far the
most popular eatery on the property, with a themed bu et dinner
every night. I just so happen to catch their seafood bu et, held
each Saturday. Appetisers and mains focus on the bounties of
the sea – if it swims, they have it! My favourite is the barbeque
station, which lled the evening air with the smoky aroma of fresh
lobsters, prawns and squids on the grill.
Saturdays are for seafood, with fresh catch
served exclusively at Sails Restaurant.
