The City at Play

With a variety of fun-filled attractions and activities, the annual
Thai-Indian Fun Fair made their strongest comeback this year.

he fourth Thai-Indian Fun Fair was held on February 3rd
at Srinakharinwirot University, located at Sukhumvit
T Soi 23. The event, organised by the Embassy of India,
Srinakharinwirot University and the Indian Social Club of Thailand,
was attended by several dignitaries from the Government of
Thailand, Ministry of Culture and Embassy of India, Bangkok.

With a purpose to strengthen friendship, fellowship, peace and
mutual understanding among the Thai-Indian community, the
event featured a variety of activities and games to bring everyone
together. The exciting day also included exhibitions, cultural
programmes, fashion shows and competitions in the creative arts
and craft field. The highlight was a stunning performance by a
special folk dance group from Rajasthan, India.
