social enterprise that focused on outdoor education. With a fervent enthusiasm for the
field, she is currently looking for her next adventure. In the meantime, Jasnam has taken
on a more active role in organising events that support the Thai-Indian community. The
most recently held event included a four-day workshop and conversational session
with Bhai Satpal Singh.

fascinating stories to share with us along her journey. She recently embarked on an
arduous independent eight-night, nine-day, 130km hike in Patagonia, known as O-Circuit
in Torres del Paine with her fiancé. Her fascinating article reveals more about her
adventure of a lifetime.

Amornrat Sidhu is the author of ‘Attack My Anxiety’ and a school counsellor, formerly at
Bangkok Prep. While everyone still wants to connect with their special someone, she
noticed that the way Thai-Indians searched and maintained their love has considerably
changed over the past decades, due to technological advancements. In her article,
she highlights that while the digital platforms keep evolving, love in our community
transforms too!

Nina Sachdev is a Manager at Mintel, a Market Intelligence Agency that focuses on
innovation, food science, product development and global trends. She constantly tries
to embrace a healthy lifestyle, as she understands that the stresses of work and life can
take a toll on us. She believes it is important to supplement health with regular exercise,
mindfulness and nutritious home-cooked meals. “Because I travel a lot, which already
amounts to eating regularly at restaurants, I really appreciate home-cooked dishes.
Especially as I get older, I have certain comfort foods I look forward to creating in the
kitchen. I love rosemary-crusted bean burgers, zucchini and mushroom tacos and loaded
poke bowls!”
