HOME KITCHEN
A Culinary
Wizard
As a trained chef and restaurateur,
Suradit Chansrichawla’s passion for
cooking isn’t just reserved for the
professional kitchen, as he shares two
dishes that are perfect for impressing
guests at home.
I
have always been intrigued by the art of cooking,
especially because it is a discipline that requires
the use of all five of our senses. It’s been years now
since I took the first steps of my culinary journey, but
I still find myself very exhilarated by the challenge of
pleasing people’s palates. It has always been an interesting
experience, because everyone’s taste buds and desire for “ It’s a discipline where I am
food varies. always pushing myself to
learn, to not only evolve as
a chef, but also as a person. “
I am definitely very passionate and attracted to the
art of cooking, so much so, that I have to curb my
excitement every time I step into a kitchen. I also love
to adopt a playful approach when I experiment with a
variety of flavours. I am most satisfied when I create
personal and unique recipes, or when I discover exciting
methods to apply to my cooking. I am constantly trying
new things, and because of this, there isn’t really a dull
moment in the kitchen.
I would say cooking is where I find my inner peace and
serenity, and it continues to inspire me every day. It’s a
discipline where I am always pushing myself to learn, to
not only evolve as a chef, but also as a person.
