                                  EMERALD MAKI
                                (AVOCADO SUSHI)



                                                               INSTRUCTIONS
                       Prep time:   15 minutes
                       Cook time:   10 minutes
                       Serves:         1-2                      1.  Place hot Japanese cooked rice into a big bowl.
                                                                2.  Add the sushi seasoning and mix well, allowing

                                                                3.  Spread a seaweed sheet on the maki rolling mat.
                       •  120g cooked Japanese white rice
                       •  14ml sushi seasoning                  4.  Spread the rice evenly across the mat, leaving a
