                  CONCEPT

La Scala, The Sukhothai Bangkok’s Italian restaurant, has
welcomed a new chef, Jean-Jacques Vu, previously from Marso
& Co.in Paris, who is renowned for his expertise in Mediterranean
Italian cuisine. With over six years of experience, Chef Vu’s

for Vietnamese President Le Duc Anh. Thrilled to join La Scala,
Chef Vu’s culinary philosophy is “deeply rooted in tradition yet
infused with innovation.” Make sure to tuck into signature dishes
in his menu, including their flavourful Pan-seared lemon prawn

their Mozza di buffala with colored tomato pesto alla genovese and
strawberry crispy parmesan to whet your appetite.
