The Thai Sikh Patronage — Charity Group has been operating very
smoothly, and with the grace of Waheguru, they haven’t faced any
obstacles. “It is only because we are working with kind-hearted
people who are always willing and ready to make a contribution.”
The biggest project carried out so far is a multi-purpose two-story
structure built in Sakon Nakhon on April 2nd, 2016, to commemorate
the 60th birthday of HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn. “We
and the people of Sakon Nakhon province were very honoured
and privileged to be in the presence of HRH Princess Sirindhorn
Debaratanasuda Kitivadhanadulsobhak during the o cial handover
ceremony.” The most signi cant aspect of this school was that it
was built in the locality of adjacent villages for students of di erent
religions, including Buddhist and Christians.
The charity provides assistance wherever needed, regardless
of religion and beliefs. “We have no hidden agenda and we don’t
discriminate people based on their faith. When others see us
contributing to a good cause, it inspires them to want to join the
cause of the group.”
With their ideology based on the three main pillars of the teachings
of Guru Nanak Dev Ji, the founder of Sikhism, Thai Sikh Patronage
— Charity Group carries out all charity deeds with no expectations
in return. The three main pillars include Naam Japna, Kirat Karni and
Vand Chakna. To make a contribution to the Thai Sikh Patronage –
