                                                                     Yen Akat’s new Mediterranean eatery, Cagette Canteen
                                                                     and Deli, offers delicious seafood, stinky cheeses and
                                                                     mouth-watering French comfort dishes. With its fi ne
                                                                     selection of food and beverages, this eatery stands out
                                                                     as a French Farmhouse bistro in all its rustic glory. You
                                                                     can opt for the grand Seafood Bouquet (B990), which
                                                                     comprises of fresh oysters, prawns and mussels, among
                                                                     other ingredients. Meat lovers, on the other hand, can try
                                                                     the Charcuterie Platter (B480 for 200g) for a decadent
                                                                     meal. The restaurant is open from Tuesdays to Sundays
                                                                     from 11.30am to 2.30pm for lunch, and 6pm to 10.30pm

             Food for Fuel
             Gaggan’s latest venture, Mihara Tofuten, is an omakase
             restaurant dedicated to tofu, and the Japanese chef’s
             passion for his local food. This new establishment
             offers a 16-course meal for B3,900, and is inspired by
             the styling of Mihara Tofu in Fukuoka. The restaurant is
             located in Narathiwat Ratchanakarin Soi 5, and is open
             from Mondays to Saturdays from 6pm to 11.30pm. For

                                                                   newly-launched La Dolce Vita lifestyle buffet is offering
                                                                   lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch to celebrate cultures in a
                                                                   European spirit. Savour a variety of lifestyle foods that range
                                                                   from Mediterranean cuisine to delightful Asian delicacies.
                                                                   Presenting an array of meat and fresh seafood prepared
                                                                   by expert chefs, patrons can satisfy their food cravings by
