A wise gourmet once said a restaurant’s essence is born and Sultan’s Message Can’t Deliver Tsukiji Market
raised by its chef. And this can rightly be stated about Chef Fatih
Tutak, the culinary director and mind behind the artistic menu of
The House on Sathorn. Drawing inspiration from his travels and
experiences, Chef Fatih combines rich avours and ingredients
to take you on a gastronomic journey across the world. Each
dish narrates a story and is presented with the perfect balance
of technique, culinary sensibility and a pinch of humour. The
ambience is nothing less than a royal ensemble that features
handcrafted tapestries and decorative pieces, each functional and
communicative in their own way. Custom-made sequins ll the
tapestries and play a vital role in the backdrop of the Dining Room.
They contribute to the rich textures and glamour of this Russian-
Thai inspired historic building.

Choosing to be seated on a long wooden counter situated against
the open kitchen in The Dining room, rather than getting comfortable
on the luxurious couches, I was able to carefully observe how each
cook prepares my feast with precision, focus and passion.
