Co ee Protein Shake Serves: 1
Prep time: 3 minutes
Ingredients:
• 2 cups of ice
• 1 scoop of vanilla or chocolate protein powder of your choice
• 1/2 of a banana
• 1 cup of brewed co ee
• 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
In the order listed, add ingredients to BlenderBottle and shake
until smooth.
Chef’s Tip: Use unsweetened milk because bananas already provide
the necessary sweetness.

• 1 cup of spinach
• 2 tablespoons of natural coconut akes
• 1/2 spoon of coconut yoghurt
• Ice cubes
Place all ingredients into the blender and blend until you achieve
the desired consistency. Enjoy!
