 Mind-Body-Soul under the theme “How to Live Your Life with the Highest
 Quality,” focusing on promoting health and longevity with quality. The event
 featured renowned health experts who shared valuable insights, including:
 Dr. Tippapa Chutikankosol, a specialist in geriatrics, who presented on Slow
 Health Age, Stay Healthy, Secure Longevity: How to Care for Your Health for
 Longevity.
 Dr. M.L.Tannapat Devakula, a preventive medicine and public health specialist,
 who spoke on “New Frontiers in Healthcare: Hallmarks of Aging.”
 The event also included special talks by:
 Dr. Mukesh Batra, founder of the Dr. Batra’s Group, a leading network of
 homeopathy clinics across six countries and a renowned health columnist
 for publications such as The Times of India.He shared his experiences on “A
 Journey to Better Lives.”
 Mr. Achira Boonyama, a yoga expert with over 10 years of experience, who
 conducted a session on “Yoga for a Healthy Lifestyle.” He demonstrated how
 yoga can activate the body’s seven chakras, eliminate negative energy, and
 enhance overall well-being for a more fulfilling and efficient life.
 The event also featured health consultation booths from Samitivej Hospital,
 along with support from sponsors such as Imeera Group, showcasing premium
 air freshener products, and Farida Dry Fruits, providing high-quality dried fruit
 for a healthy lifestyle.
 The seminar was attended by distinguished guests, including the President of
 the Indian Association of Thailand, representatives from the Pakistan-Thai
 Association, the Dean of the Iranian Learning Center at Siam Technology College,   NEW LOOK.
 executives from Nouvo City Hotel, representatives from MBM, leading private
 sector executives, the spouse of the Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Thailand,
 and members of international women’s associations. The event also attracted
