                           The House on Sathorn at
                        W Bangkok opened its doors to a
               Cross Culture Weekend: South Asia Edition event.

               elebrating the vibrant and rich nature of South Asian traditions
               and innovations in the field of culinary arts and mixology, The
           House on Sathorn at W Bangkok inaugurated its third edition of its
           Cross Culture Weekend. The occasion was more than an event; it was
           an experience of the diverse cultures of South Asia and its wonderous
           flavours that capture the essence of the region’s culinary brilliance.
           From 15 to 17 November, guests were treated to an immersive journey
           and enabled to savour the culinary creations of Chef Rahul Myron
           Remedios – a chef from Jamun restaurant under Passcode Hospitality –
           a renowned brand in India’s F&B industry. His creativity and precision
           in the kitchen were elevated by the addition of renowned guest
           mixologists who graced the event from India, Nepal and Sri Lanka.
           The ensemble crew of mixologists included Vikas Kumar, Bar Manager
           of the award-winning cocktail bar PCO in Delhi; Santanu Chanda,
           an award-winning mixologist from Home Delhi; Jairaj Singh Solanki,
           director and co-founder of Naaya Hospitality; Rajani Malla from Barc
           in Kathmandu, Nepal; and Don Ransinghe of Smoke & Bitters in
           Matara, Sri Lanka.
