THE AKASHA ROOM:
                                                                                      INFINITE SPACE

                                                                          The  Akasha  Room  is  the  largest  and  most
                                                                          expansive offering at Akasha Wellness, designed to
                                                                          accommodate everything from yoga, sound healing,
                                                                          and mobility physiotherapy, to larger corporate events
                                                                          and private parties.
                                                                          The journey into the room begins before you go
                                                                          through the doors. To the side, a handcrafted wooden
                                                                          tray holds glass jars of herbal tea blends, a hammered
                                                                          copper teapot, and neatly stacked glasses, inviting
                                                                          guests to pause and sip something warm before
                                                                          their session.
                                                                          Upon stepping into the Akasha Room, your eye is
                                                                          immediately drawn to the Tibetan gongs standing
                                                                          at the far end, their golden-bronze surfaces catching
                                                               the light. Crafted from bronze alloys, the gongs symbolise self-
                                                               realisation. Their size varies, and with it, their voice – each
                                                               producing a deep, resonant tone that vibrates through the very
                                                               walls of the room. When struck, the sound is not merely heard
                                                               but felt. I could feel the resonance of the earth gong enter through
                                                               the crown of my head, travelling down my spine in tingling waves
                                                               of energy.
                                                               Beneath the gongs, an array of crystal sound bowls in shades of
                                                               cream, peach and pale green rest on a woven jute mat. Nearby,
                                                               Tibetan singing bowls hum with harmonic clarity, their earthy tones
                                                               offering a lighter, meditative contrast to the gongs’ deep resonance.

                                                               Like the Mandala Room, the vaulted ceiling and climbing vines
                                                               create an open, grounding canopy. To the left, floor-to-ceiling glass
                                                               doors frame views of the courtyard gardens dissolving the boundary
                                                               between indoors and out. Leaning casually near the glass doors,
                                                               a large antique mirror with a weathered wooden frame blends
                                                               seamlessly into the venue’s aesthetic. At the centre of the room, a
                                                               low platform holds carefully arranged sage bundles, healing herbs
                                                               and glistening crystals. Meanwhile, a delicate candle, surrounded
                                                               by scattered rose petals and amethyst geodes, brings a sense of
                                                               ceremony and intention.

                                                                              THE PILATES ROOM:
                                                                             STRENGTH AND FLOW

                                                               The Pilates Room is where mindful movement meets calm
                                                               intention. At its centre, sleek reformer machines invite you to
                                                               stretch, strengthen and realign with low-impact precision. Sunlight
                                                               through glass doors and mirrors keeps the room light and airy.
                                                               Here, movement feels natural and effortless, a quiet invitation to
                                                               reconnect with your body and leave you a little taller, a little lighter.

                                                                            FACILITIES & AMENITIES

                                                               Akasha provides free parking for all visitors in Charoen Nakhon
                                                               Soi 18. Inside the facility, there are secure lockers, rainfall showers
                                                               with plush towels, premium toiletries, and yoga mats ready for use.
