Dear Masala,
I enjoyed reading ‘Go Green!’ by Praphanit Doowa. It was de nitely
an interesting take on luxury travel in India, and it reminded us of the
importance of living sustainably. As these resorts are not very popular
amongst our family and society members, I am happy Masala compiled this
list for us.

Dear Masala,
The cover story ‘Food for Thought’ was brilliantly written. I really loved that
Gaurav was extremely honest about the challenges he encountered when
he tried to break into the restaurant industry with Saras. I was especially
appreciative of his modesty and entrepreneurial spirit in building his own
company. Wishing him all the best on his future endeavours!

Dear Masala,
Write to the editor at:
info@masalathai.com The article on ‘Debunking Makeup Myths’ was very helpful. It is true that
we see too many beauty-related articles and videos on the internet. But
how much can we really believe? I am glad to see a trustworthy article on

not apply concealer before foundation, and as my husband very cheekily
pointed out to me, I no longer have to only buy the expensive brands.

Dear Masala,
Thank you for featuring Bina Srikureja for the It Girl section. It was refreshing
to see someone who is not only dressed in local designer labels but also
has a unique fashion sense. Bina indeed beautifully embodies her eccentric
spirit in statement out ts. Her handmade knitted boutique shoes from
Chiang Mai especially caught my eye. I also liked her sling bag from Satchi
Club by Satchi. She gave me some new ideas on how to style myself.

Dear Masala,
I am very impressed with this issue of Masala. There were a number of
articles I enjoyed reading, but my favourite has to be ‘Bringing a Virtual
Assistant Into your Life’, written by Temur. He listed many smart home
speakers that I have been wanting to check out. As an Android user, I am
most keen towards the Google Home Assistant speaker. However, as he
mentioned, the speakers are not completely there yet. I would like his
feedback on whether he thinks I should wait a couple of months before
buying the speakers, or is it better if I try my hands on a di erent one.
Thank you.
- Arjun M.
