                                                           shares two vegetarian recipes that are
                                                           always party favourites.





               I have always been a passionate vegetarian chef! I love trying out new recipes and
               experimenting with di erent  avours. After my marriage, I learned new dishes,
               especially of the Thai variety with help from my mother-in-law. She and my family have
               always supported me throughout my entire journey.

               My love for cooking inspired me to start my own catering business called Snack by Mee,
               four years ago. Prior to my own endeavour, I worked a corporate job. But as my children
               got older, they needed me more, so I decided to stay home and work at the same time.
               When I initially launched Snack by Mee, I started preparing only snacks. I would cater
               sandwiches, macaroni tikki, spring rolls and so on. My food became popular among
               children at school, particularly the tikki burger. I eventually expanded to making lunch
               boxes for students, and preparing appetisers and main courses for birthday parties, share
               groups and so on. I feel blessed that I have been able to pursue my passion as a full-time
               career. Seeing my customers feel happy when they eat my food is the best reward I get.
