             so revenue management became very popular with international
             hotels, while smaller hotels had yet to employ the concept. So
             I felt the need to educate them on the importance of revenue
             management. By outsourcing through a revenue management
             company, hotels can guarantee the execution of speci c jobs by
             people with the right set of skills. This translates to an industry with
             a lot of scope. So that’s why I chose to specialise in this  eld.


             What motivated you to form your own revenue management  rm?
             Many hotel owners have yet to realise all the opportunities of
             revenue management, and those who have are essentially leaving
             money on the table for companies that can apply these concepts.
             Taking this into consideration, I developed Stellar Hospitality using
             the life experience I have gained.


             What type of services does your  rm o er?
             We are a commercial solutions provider, specialising in sales and
             marketing, revenue management, asset management and pre-
             opening. This is signi cant for non-branded hotels, as we make
             sure all the standard procedures regarding sales and management
             are up-to-date. We help with establishing a strong base, keeping
             standards high, and o ering the right building blocks, so once the
