Spinach Macaroni and Cheese





                    Ingredients                          Method to Prepare the Dish:
                    250g of pasta (I use Chi eri Rigati n.50)  1.  Preheat the oven to 210°C and lightly grease the baking dish.
                    250g of spinach, chopped             2.  Cook pasta in boiling salted water following package directions. Drain well.
