             How involved is your family with your business?
             My wife is a very integral part of our success. She’s worked in
             the company for 20 years, from when we got married. She is a
             brilliant charted accountant and looks after the administration
             and operations part.

             As for my kids, they’ve all been to the factories and the offi ces,
             and they even do school projects on DreamMaster. They love to
             sleep on our beds. Whenever we get new models, I bring them
             home to test out. It’s part of the job!

             What are some of the challenges with running a luxury
             mattress company?
             In the beginning, one of the biggest obstacles was trying
             to penetrate the hospitality industry, because although
             DreamMaster was a well-known European brand, few people in
             Thailand knew of it.

             Another challenge is to be able to continue consistently
             producing the same kind of quality while controlling the cost.
