A favourite of mine was mashed taro with
sweet corn, as the small bite-sized morsels
reminded me of a well-constructed bird’s
nest that was almost too beautiful to
consume. The crispy exterior and soft inside
is a fun bite of di erent textures, making
the deep-fried treat delightful. Other choices
include steamed shrimp ball with sh maw,
steamed chicken feet in black bean sauce
and Char Siu Pao BBQ red pork bun.
Other menu items included baked and fried Selection of baked and fried dim sum, including Steamed Cheung Fun rice our noodles
wok, pan-fried and deep-fried options, as deep-fried vegetarian rolls, lower left with barbecued pork
well as vegetarian dim sum. From the rst
list, try the baked barbecued red pork pu
that o ers the perfect balance of sweet and
salty avours. The deep-fried vegetarian
rolls were also impeccable. These dishes
are best eaten with fried rice, preferably the
venue’s signature Yang Chow fried rice.
Meanwhile the dessert menu is short yet
sweet. For a light and soothing close to a
satisfying meal, try mango sago pomelo.
Other recommended treats include sesame
seed dumplings in hot ginger syrup, and hot
or cold ginger milk.
These delectable choices include mashed taro with Baked barbecue red pork pu s
