A ght that erupted between comedians Kapil
Sharma and Sunil Grover reached its climax on
Twitter. The two co-actors from The Kapil Sharma Show were
returning to Mumbai from a show in Melbourne when the ght happened.
Sunil tried to restrain a drunk Kapil from being abusive to the other
passengers, but, in turn, Kapil abused him and made Sunil realise that it
was his [Kapil’s] show and he [Kapil] had the power to throw anybody out.
Sunil quit the show, as did his co-stars, Chandan Prabhakar and Ali Asgar
in his support. Despite Kapil’s multiple attempts to rectify the situation via
apologetic messages and o ers of salary increment, Sunil stands rm on
his decision.

Sonakshi Sinha and Armaan Malik

The news of Justin Bieber performing in India as part
of his Purpose World Tour created a frenzy not only
amongst Beliebers, but also in tinsel town. Rumour had it
that actress Sonakshi Sinha was one of the opening acts to
perform in the Bieber concert, which did not sit well with singer
Kailash Kher who said so in an interview. Singer Armaan Malik
tweeted in his support, saying “leave the stage and mic to us,
that’s our playground, not yours”. With the post, he attached
a website link that divulged details about Sonakshi’s act in the
concert. This prompted an interesting war of words between
the two, with things quickly taking a personal turn. It ended
with Sonakshi refusing to sing in the concert. Singer Sona
Mohapatra joined in the conversation, with a rant on how the
actress should have revealed that from the beginning instead
of being condescending. Unsurprisingly, Sona is now blocked
from following or viewing Sonakshi’s posts.
