The Bounce Routine

and full-body workout without any equipment. The name was
conceived due to the bouncy feel you get from the routine. Plus,
what better way to get rid of anxiety than bouncing right out of it?

Herbal Teas
Sip your anxie-tea away with peppermint tea, as menthol is
a natural muscle relaxant. The tea can help restore calmness
when you feel tense and irritable, and is also the perfect solution
to induce peaceful sleep due to its relaxing effect and lack
of caffeine. Other stress and anxiety-relieving teas include
chamomile and rose tea, both of which are aromatic and soothing.
You can even make your own Chill-out Tea by mixing blends to
see which you like best to achieve your own quiet and calm. Add
to the experience by selecting a nice tea cup and find a relaxing
place, like your garden, balcony or pool, to sip your blend. To make
it an ongoing habit, set a time to enjoy this moment each day,
perhaps at 5pm before you leave work, or at 3pm to give yourself a
breather from shopping. This one is easy to achieve on-the-go, as
all you need is hot water and your trusty tea leaves!
