What tips could you provide those who desire to stay young
and feel beautiful from the inside out?

             Diet

When buying fruits and vegetables, going organic is actually
worth the price because it usually has at least triple the
amount of antioxidants and vitamins than the conventional
variety. Many plants and herbs contain a lot of phytochemicals,
which are a natural form of medicine that helps heal the body.
These phytochemicals are in fact the basic substances of
conventional medicine. However, the pharmacological industry
has extracted these phytochemicals from the pills they sell.
So why not opt for the natural form?

How can you add antioxidants into your daily diet?
             It’s simple, try consuming more
             1. beta-Carotene, found in carrots, pumpkins, sweet potatoes, apricots
                 and papayas
             2. Lycopene, found in tomatoes, beetroot, strawberries, cranberries, cherries,
                  watermelon and apples
             3. Vitamin C, available in kiwis, oranges, lemons and limes
             4. Indole-3-Carbinol, available in broccoli and other cruciferous vegetables

Most importantly, avoid processed foods, dairy products, sugary foods,
artifi cial sweeteners, caffeine and alcohol.

                Alkaline water
A diet that includes too many acid-producing foods, such as protein or sugar, can
cause acidity, reducing the functions of our cells and causing oxidative stress.
Just add a few slices of lemon in your water to create alkaline water at home.

What are the benefi ts of alkaline water?
                • It’s a powerful antioxidant
                • Effectively balances the pH levels of the body
                • Promotes better hydration
                • Helps detoxify the body
                • Boosts the immune system
                • Helps lose weight
                • Fights against cancer

                                                  Probiotics

Probiotics are live bacteria and yeasts that boost your immune and
digestive systems, helps with your allergies and balances your gut
bacteria. When we speak of probiotics, many of us think of yoghurt,
which is a great way to add probiotics into our diets. Miso, kimchi, sour
pickles and apple cider vinegar are other benefi cial alternatives.
