Prawn Cocktail





              Serves 4-6                                         Preparation 2: Salad and veggies
                                                                 1.  Wash the lettuce. Using your hands, peel the lettuce and

             Method                                              1.  In the food processor grind the garlic, chillies and coriander

                                                                       the tail side upwards.
                                                                 2.  Garnish with mint leaves.
