or as long as I can remember, I have always
enjoyed baking. The kitchen is where I can get
F creative and is a form of meditation, for whenever I
bake, I am fully present in the moment.
I have recently altered my lifestyle choices, so whatever
I put into my body is really important to me. Since I have
massive sweet cravings, I started creating gluten-free,
refi ned and sugar-free treats, so I could always indulge
without guilt! I also specialise in vegan-baked goodies,
as veganism is still a niche market in Bangkok, and

regular milk and egg-based sweets.
As a chef, I enjoy creating items that are unique and
satisfying, as I love playing around with flavours,
I have recently altered my textures and tastes. I was encouraged by my loved
ones to make a business out of it. So I just launched
“lifestyle choices, so whatever @premiumhealthybakedgoodies on Instagram, where
I put into my body is really I sell healthy sweets using premium products freshly
important to me. “ made-to-order. It took me years to discover my passion
with lots of detours, but I am always so happy to be in
the kitchen. After all, that is where the magic happens.
