                       GLUTEN-FREE

                     MAPLE WALNUT

                     BANANA BREAD







                 INGREDIENT S
                 1 3/4 cups of gluten-free fl our
                 1 cup of mashed bananas
                 1/2 cup of maple syrup
                 1/3 cup of coconut or olive oil
                 2 eggs
                 1/4 cup of almond milk
                 1 tsp of vanilla extract
                 1 tsp of baking soda
                 1/2 tsp of cinnamon powder
                 1/4 tsp of salt
                 1/2 cup of walnuts
                 Chocolate chips, amount depending on
                 your taste and level of sweetness






             Method to prepare:
              1.  Preheat the oven to 175°C. Grease a 9 by 5 loaf baking tin.
              2.  Use a large bowl to mix oil and maple syrup.
              3.  Add eggs, then mashed bananas and then milk.
                 Combine together.
              4.  Afterwards add vanilla extract, baking soda, cinnamon
                 and salt. Mix well.
              5.  Stir in the fl our, chopped walnuts and chocolate chips.
              6.  Pour the batter onto a pan, and sprinkle some chopped walnuts
                 on top of batter.
              7.  Bake for about 50 to 60 minutes. The bread should be
                 beautifully risen and golden.
