Fried Garlic Spaghetti with Minced Chicken

                 ‘Phik Phao’ Sauce and Fried Egg







                 The crunchiness of fried garlic, the aroma of Italian basil cooked in Thai chilli   Serves 1-2
                 paste sauce, the presence of minced chicken, the simplicity of spaghetti, and
                 a side of fried egg make this dish the ultimate treat for all spaghetti lovers.   Ingredients
                 The  avour of this dish comes from a combination of an Italian staple, with
                 Indian keema masala and Thai seasonings on one plate, topped with stir-  150 grammes of spaghetti
                 fried capcicum and oregano mix.  Add Thai sweet chilli sauce, which blends   100 grammes of minced chicken/
                 beautifully with the spaghetti sauce. It’s dynamite for the taste buds! Use tuna   tuna chunks/ minced mushroom
                 chunks or minced mushroom for alternative ingredients.      3  nely chopped medium-sized tomatoes

                 Stage 1 - Method to Prepare Spaghetti                       15 Thai basil leaves
                                                                             1/2 tbsp of ginger garlic paste

                 6.  Heat the frying pan and add 2 tbsp of any oil of your choice.
                 7.  Add fried garlic to the warm oil and the spaghetti, and toss until the
                     garlic mixes well with spaghetti.

                                                                          Stage 3 –Serve and Garnish


                 Stage 2 - Method to Prepare Chicken Sauce                1.  To your serving dish, add fried garlic spaghetti.

                     powder and cumin powder.
                 6.  Add 4 ounces of water and allow to simmer.
                 7.  Add a few drops of vinegar and fresh lime juice, followed by
                     1/2 tsp of sugar.
                 8.  Add more salt and black pepper, according to your taste.
                 9.  The gravy should look smooth and be medium-thick.
